Paneer Butter Masala


Ingredients:
- 200 Grams Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt To Taste
Instructions:
1. Heat Butter In A Pan And Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. Sauté Until Fragrant.
2. Add Tomato Puree And Cook For 5 Minutes.
3. Add Spices And Cook For Another 5 Minutes.
4. Add Paneer Cubes And Cook For 10 Minutes.
5. Stir In Cream And Cook For 2 Minutes.
6. Garnish With Fresh Coriander And Serve Hot With Naan Or Rice.
Paneer Tandoori


Ingredients:
- 250 Grams Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt To Taste
Instructions:
1. Cut Paneer Into Cubes And Set Aside. 2. In A Bowl, Mix Yogurt, Tandoori Masala, Lemon Juice, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, And Salt. 3. Marinate Paneer Cubes In The Mixture For At Least 2 Hours. 4. Preheat Oven To 200°C (400°F). 5. Arrange Paneer On A Baking Tray And Bake For 15-20 Minutes, Turning Once. 6. Serve Hot With Mint Chutney And Lemon Wedges.
