Masala Chai

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Water
  • 2-3 Tbsp Sugar (Adjust To Taste)
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Mint Leaves For Garnish (Optional)

Instructions:

1. In A Blender, Combine The Yogurt, Cold Water, Sugar, And Cardamom Powder. Blend Until Smooth And Frothy.
2. If The Lassi Is Too Thick, Add A Little More Cold Water And Blend Again.
3. Pour The Lassi Into Glasses Over Ice Cubes.
4. Garnish With Fresh Mint Leaves If Desired.
5. Serve Chilled.

Mango Lassi 1 Mango Lassi 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Ripe Mango Pulp (Fresh Or Canned)
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Water Or Milk (Adjust For Desired Consistency)
  • 2-3 Tbsp Sugar (Adjust To Taste)
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Optional)
  • A Few Ice Cubes
  • Mango Slices For Garnish (Optional)

Instructions:

1. In A Blender, Combine The Yogurt, Mango Pulp, Cold Water Or Milk, Sugar, And Cardamom Powder (If Using). Blend Until Smooth And Creamy.
2. If The Lassi Is Too Thick, Add More Cold Water Or Milk And Blend Again.
3. Pour The Mango Lassi Into Glasses Over Ice Cubes.
4. Garnish With Mango Slices If Desired.
5. Serve Chilled.
